As the year draws to a close, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your invaluable partnership, which has been the driving force behind achieving record-setting results in 2024. The collaboration, dedication and shared vision between our teams have not only exceeded expectations but have also set a new benchmark for what we can accomplish together. This success is a testament to the power of true partnership, and we are excited to continue building on this momentum in the years ahead.

This year has marked an incredible cross-collaboration with a second year of hosting the Talent Forums across Indiana, growth and return with the MakeMyMove remote worker program andF the launch of the Micro-Internship Program, a shared commitment to excellence and much more.

This cross-collaboration is also supporting existing, new, small, medium and large Hoosier companies. Our partners, commonly referred to as “Team Indiana,” are working together to bring strategic workforce, education and training, and early childhood education solutions to support the workforce needs of Indiana companies.

• Launched first Micro-internship Program with strong engagement from both industry and academia. Thanks to the 373 partners who took interest in this new initiative!

Together, we have secured over $39.1 billion in committed capital investment and 16,692 new committed jobs so far this year. Even more important, wages continue to be above state and national averages at $36.11/hour, lifting the economic mobility of Hoosiers for decades to come. None of this would have been possible without your trust and support. 

Your collaboration and dedication have been invaluable to the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. From the early planning stages of our major projects to celebrating shared successes, you have exemplified what it means to be a true partner.
